Born May 4, 1974 in Italy. Diploma of Master of Arts and Master UDP communication. He has received numerous awards and honors: he was among the artists selected to be invited to participate at the 55th Biennale of Venice. His works are part of public and private collections. Mischievous child and philosopher of chaos, Saltini builds through his works a playful and surreal world where logic seems suffering from a strange form of disorientation, a microworld where everything is both connected and dissociated.
The staging of the absurd, obtained deconstructing existing elements "known", is typical of the work of Saltini. The artist seems engaged in a journey within a universe illogical and fabulous, but sometimes parallel to the everyday world. Fairy tales and legends, become instruments to illustrate the world playful and surreal artist, made of philosophical musings - and reflections on the existential sense of anxiety of modern man. His work is nourished by imaginary worlds, slapstick comedies and at the same time everyday facts and details of today's world.
